Returns for Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at support@dogwoodandfirfragrance.com with details about the issue, including photos of the damage if possible. While our team is often busy preparing orders, we will respond as soon as we can. Kindly allow up to 24 hours for a response during business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Subjective Preference
We understand that personal preferences for fragrances are subjective. As such, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to a dislike of the scent. To find the fragrance that’s right for you, we encourage you to try our Discovery Sets before purchasing a full-size bottle.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unopened, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@dogwoodandfirfragrance.com. After your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your package. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Custom products (e.g., personalized items or special orders).

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to process a return for the original item and place a new order. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the replacement or refund promptly.
